Five to seven 60-minute interviews with team members and adjacent stakeholders. Conducted onsite or remote based on what fits the engagement. In-person time often surfaces signal that video calls miss. We see how AI is actually being used, not how the org chart says it should be.

The six-dimension framework applied to the team rather than to individuals. Workflow identification, prompting, multi-step use, judgment and verification, output integration, and operating discipline.

A 90-minute working session, in person or remote, that walks the leadership team through the findings, the recommendations, and the decisions that follow. Not a presentation. A working session.

A 60-minute call thirty days after delivery to check what is actually moving and what is not. Often surfaces second-order issues that were not visible at the end of the engagement.

The audit is $25,000 flat. Four weeks from kickoff to delivery. One named team or workflow per engagement.

Most clients run the audit on one team and use the findings to decide whether to expand into a fractional Chief AI Officer engagement or invest directly in workflow redesign. Some run it on a second team after seeing how the first one moves.

The price is visible on purpose. Leaders who flinch at the number are not the right fit for this engagement. The ones who do not are usually those who already understand what diagnostic work is worth.
