By accessing or using AdviceForge, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or related services.

What AdviceForge provides

AdviceForge currently offers a free AI workflow assessment, public information about clinic sessions, and a way to request participation in those sessions. Some parts of the offer are still pilot-stage and may change without prior notice.

No professional advice

AdviceForge provides educational and informational guidance about AI workflows. It does not provide legal, financial, compliance, employment, or other professional advice, and you remain responsible for how you use any information or suggestions provided through the site or clinics.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, and avoid submitting material you do not have the right to share. You are responsible for protecting confidential or sensitive information from being disclosed in prompts, form submissions, emails, or live clinic discussions.

Clinic requests and pilot changes

A posted clinic session is an invitation to request a seat, not a guaranteed reservation until confirmed. Session topics, timing, pricing, capacity, and format may change. If we add separate booking, payment, cancellation, or refund terms for a specific clinic, those terms will control for that transaction.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape private areas, or use AdviceForge to transmit unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive material.

AdviceForge, its branding, site content, assessment structure, and related materials are owned by Science Brew LLC or its licensors. You may use the site for your own evaluation and participation, but you may not copy, resell, or republish protected materials except as permitted by law or by written permission.

Disclaimers and liability

AdviceForge is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, specific outcomes, or that any workflow, suggestion, or clinic result will fit your situation.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Science Brew LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of AdviceForge. If liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid to AdviceForge for the specific service giving rise to the claim, if any.
