By accessing or using AdviceForge, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or related services.

What AdviceForge provides

AdviceForge is a fractional Chief AI Officer practice for small-to-mid-market companies. Engagements include diagnostic engagements, roadmap activation engagements, and embedded retainers. Public information about the practice is available on adviceforge.com. Some parts of the service are still developing and may change without prior notice.

No professional advice

AdviceForge provides educational and informational guidance about AI workflows and fractional Chief AI Officer consulting. It does not provide legal, financial, compliance, employment, or other professional advice, and you remain responsible for how you use any information or suggestions provided through the site or a consulting engagement.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, and avoid submitting material you do not have the right to share. You are responsible for protecting confidential or sensitive information from being disclosed in prompts, form submissions, emails, or engagement conversations.

Engagement scoping and changes

A request to scope a fractional Chief AI Officer engagement, a diagnostic, a roadmap activation, or an embedded retainer is an invitation to begin a conversation, not a guaranteed engagement until confirmed in a written agreement. Engagement timing, pricing, scope, and format may change. Any separate booking, payment, cancellation, or refund terms agreed to in writing for a specific engagement will control for that transaction.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape private areas, or use AdviceForge to transmit unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive material.

AdviceForge, its branding, site content, and related materials are owned by Science Brew LLC or its licensors. You may use the site for your own evaluation and participation, but you may not copy, resell, or republish protected materials except as permitted by law or by written permission.

Disclaimers and liability

AdviceForge is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, specific outcomes, or that any workflow, suggestion, or diagnostic recommendation will fit your situation.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Science Brew LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of AdviceForge. If liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid to AdviceForge for the specific service giving rise to the claim, if any.
