Once you book and pay, you land on a confirmation page with five short intake questions. Email your answers to me at least 24 hours before our session so we use the 90 minutes for working time, not setup.

During
Ninety minutes on Zoom. First 30 minutes is current-state read. Next 45 minutes walks through the failure pattern most likely to bite you and what to do about it. Last 15 minutes lands the three specific 90-day moves.

After
Within 48 hours, your written AI Workflow Strategy Brief by email. Yours to use however you want. Share with your team, take to your board, or guide your own next moves.
Price and policy
$1,000 paid at booking.
Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the call. Cancellations inside the 48-hour window are non-refundable.
If a longer engagement makes sense after the session, the session fee credits 100% toward the first month of an advisory retainer signed within 60 days.
