Welcome, and thank you for joining the AdviceForge AI Chief of Staff alpha.

Chief of Staff is designed to be a true thinking partner that understands you and your business: your goals, your priorities and how you make decisions. As that understanding builds over time, it helps you connect ideas, challenge assumptions and think through what comes next. My goal is to give you someone to think out loud with. A partner that remembers the context, asks useful questions and helps you turn your thinking into action.

This is an early release, and your feedback will help shape it. Expect useful results, along with rough edges, bugs and things that aren’t obvious yet. Start by connecting an account and reviewing your first results. Tell me what was useful, what was confusing and what you expected that didn’t happen.

Chief of Staff is free during the alpha. Any costs for your Claude or ChatGPT subscription are separate. Over time, I plan to introduce a subscription to support continued development, help users get the most from the system, and keep it current as AI models and capabilities evolve. My goal is to keep it affordable while making sure it remains useful and well supported. I’ll share pricing details well before that change.

Why I built it

I’ve been working with and building this system for well over a year. Becoming a solo entrepreneur brought into sharp focus how much help I needed. Not just managing my calendar, but keeping track of commitments, following up after meetings and thinking through my business strategy.

I needed something more than an Executive Assistant. I needed a partner that understood my business, remembered important details, and helped me decide what deserved my attention.

In a large company, much of that work falls to a Chief of Staff. Hiring someone for that role wasn’t realistic for me, so I began building an AI system to provide some of that support.

The challenge was making it useful over time. If you’ve ever had to explain your business to an AI repeatedly, or watched its memory become confused after months of use, you’ll understand why that matters.

It’s now ready for more people to try it. Over decades of engineering, I’ve learned that what seems obvious to the person building something often isn’t obvious to anyone else. That’s where you come in.
